I have fried two turkeys with the Big Easy and both have came out to perfection. I love that you just turn it on, lite it and cook.No flame to adjust. You only have to keep up with the cooking time. Couldn't be any easier.

The cover keeps the big easy dry because I store it outside but under cover but rain does blow in and I want to keep it protected!
