Works like a dream, fits like a glove. Keeps clean and ever-ready! I acquired the Big Easy from a friend's divorce and used it first time on Thanksgiving - no trial, testing or anything. It was absolutely perfect! Crunchy skin, moist white meat, no grease, collected drippings for gravy. 10/lb is perfect. Thank you Char-broil - and Jane & Scott! ;)

The cover is sturdy and fits over the fryer perfectly. At the bottom is a drawstring and clamp so make the fit even better. Very happy with the purchase. I recommend.
