I had this grille for approximately one year and it stopped working. If you plugged it in it tripped circuit breaker. Would not turn on. Ended up trashing it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointment from the start

We bought this grill last month and were so excited for it. From the second we unboxed it we had issues. The parts don’t match the parts in the manual so we were confused and had to order new parts only to find out the original parts worked fine. Once we put it together we immediately got an “Er1” code and took it apart to see how to fix it. When that didn’t work we called to get a replacement temperature probe. When we received that the screws were too big to fit in the holes in the probe so we had to order a new one again. Same thing happened with this new probe, the Er1 code. I’m not sure if we received a faulty grill or if it’s just a mediocre grill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far everything we cook on the grill is flavorful. The cleaning is way easier than a propane/gas grill.

Nice product that is almost perfect. Works very well. The only downside was that despite robust packaging one of the side panels was bent slightly. I was able to take this to my shop and straighten it so it could be assembled. For someone else without the tools and skills to repair this it would have been unable to get the screws to align with the mounting holes.Cooks really well and is a nice transition from gas to electric. Fix the packaging to protect the product in transit and it can be a 5 star product.

Reference the Edge Grill which I just bought.
The grease trap collection pan is difficult to reach making spills possible when trying to remove. Insertion and removal of the grease trap pan should be made more user friendly.
Other than that I’m happy. Thank you.

Love our new Edge Electric Grill. I am still learning the intricacies of its operation, but so far, everything from burgers to steaks have been wonderful. I especially like the ease of temp control and it seems to be consistent in keeping the temp. REALLY love the clean up feature! Great product. We love it!

We had/have a really nice gas grill. But, always ran out of propane at the worst times. Since we have solar on the house an electric grill really was appealing. This was definitely worth the change! It looks great out on the patio. It was easy to assemble. There is some wait for it to heat, but not very long, certainly less than the oven. Being able to dial in a temperature is great and perfect for making pizza or baking bread. Size is good and the grates come out easily for cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I enjoy the temperature control and self cleaning features. The grill is great for small portions but lacks the capacity for larger tasks. I tried grilling nine sandwiches and found the first side beautifully toasted but the second side was not.
