Second Gas Range Delivered Damaged

This is the second 24" gas range delivered damaged. The shipping boxes were in good condition yet both ranges inside were completely bent and warped.

I was expecting this to be more of a workhorse as described. My two biggest concerns would be the heat of the flames, making it near impossible to sear steak, and a rather hard to control oven that doesn’t lift immediately and ends up spewing gas. Unfortunate, I will contact support and see what they say. Sorry for the tough review, I was hoping for a better experience.

Beautiful range

The range is not yet connected so I haven't had a chance to use it yet, however, I like that it has no bells and whistles. I just need it to turn on and turn off without any added electronic components, which usually means more things to break and repair. Looking forward to try it.
