Better Than Expected

This model is much better in person. I have no complaints. I’m always impressed by the innovative building techniques and methods. Quite brilliant. Finished product—way better than expected. Play and display—both great. Worth it. Only possible gripe: the price increase. Beyond that—amazing. Next: the Maclaren Solus+F1.

Our 5 year old grandson loved this set. He was able to put it together with very little help. It took him about 5 hours and he was happy the entire time. He is a beginner builder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love LEGO, and so do my kids. We also love everything that has to do with racecars. I was so excited when LEGO came out with the Speed Champions line. I knew I had to get a few to build with my kids. The first one we got was the Ferrari 812. We were able to complete it in a couple of hours. We all took turns working on it. My wife even helped a little! The quality is excellent, just like every LEGO product. The minifig driver is a great addition. I am now looking forward to when my kids stop playing with it so I can put it on my shelf with my other collectibles.

This is definitely one of, or THE best looking speed champions they have made so far. The 812 was fun to build and looks really good next to all the other cars I built. I totally recommend this!

Great LEGO

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a few days ago the LEGO Ferrari 812 and it is awesome.
I gave it my my 10 years old son. I really enjoyed the building process and how from just pieces, the car suddenly appeared. He liked that he can build it in less than 2 hours and just play with it. He is at an age where he begins to be interested in cars so it is nice to have one of the most prestigious car even it is is in LEGO.
For me, I am amazed by the set, it looks like the real one and mostly, kids can play with it without breaking parts of it.
In summary, if your child has an interest in car and likes LEGO, this set is perfect.

Another Ferrari?

It’s a nice car with interesting details, but it really does get boring have a Ferrari every single round. I would like more variety, like the Pagani which is fantastic. How about some more McLaren, Bugatti, Mazda, or even a Tesla roadster. Anyway good product though.

Nearly perfect! But...

I love this set! The color of the car is 100% needed on my shelf. (When was the last time we got red SC cars?) However, there are a lot of stickers. If you are like me, it's hard to apply them straight, and then you get annoyed when they aren't straight. I also think the price is a bit high.
