My first Avatar Lego series

My grandfather gave me this Lego set for my Christmas present. I like the idea of the inside of the whale and the mini figures. I like the two tentacles that are on the left side and the other sides.

This was a great set to build and my kiddos enjoyed playing with it as well. Overall, the directions and final set is straight forward. While simple, I did have to catch myself paying extra attention to certain parts to make sure the orientation was correct. That being said, my kiddos had no problem putting it together as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Payakan the Tulkun & Crabsuit Lego Set is amazing. My oldest son is a huge Avatar fan and thoroughly enjoyed putting this together. It has 761 pieces and is fun to put together. Comes with a thick instructional book. Comes with Crabsuit Driver, Lo'ak & Tsireya. Separate packaging for each part. A great Lego set to have.

The execution of the fictional creature tulkun is a welcome surprise! The specialized large pieces are fabulous! The Crabsuit is very well-built! I like the shaping and the colour scheme of it! It could have been great if there was a bit more motion of the tulkun. Lo'ak should have had a hair strand print on the head likewise Tsu'tey from Toruk Makto & Tree of Souls set. Tsireya is a detailed figure but not exclusive to the set which is a bit of a downside.

I bought this for my best friend, this Christmas. We built it together as we listened to music in the background. The music and squishmallow I sat with definitely added to the experience. We found ourselves locked into this set. I really enjoyed the side build, which is as cool as the Tulkun. The new molds for the heads, which add a jawline to Lego Minifigures, are amazing. The best part is the added display stands that are a part of the set's world. I really wish Lego would add more display stands like this to larger UCS sets. I want to see a Lego Star Wars UCS ship with a hangar as part of the stand.
