I know there's a lot of folks who are complaining about this set, but don't listen to them. It's a great build and an impressive statement piece.
Yes, the proportions are wrong. Yes, there are some gaps in the build. It's a LEGO set, not a model.
I loved building this thing. And it towers over all of my other builds, including Voltron.
I'm a big Iron Man fan and I would definitely recommend this set, knowing it's pitfalls.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is one of the worst sets I have ever seen. It is not only completely inaccurate to any Hulkbuster depiction ever, but also has a lackluster minifigure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a difficult set to put together, but still fun watching it build in size as you progress. One of the best features, in my opinion, is the ability to fit the iron man suit inside the opening. The price is too steep, but it’s a great display piece. Overall happy with the set.

Does the world need another UCS level Hulkbuster? No. As an adult, do you NEED Lego? No as well. It's a big bruiser and an amazing mech build. Never seen so much foil gold!! The build able figure fits inside well and displays nicely. I've built everything Lego has to offer and this set is amongst the most striking! There are great technic portions of the build; UCS level skin/greebling; magnifier brick/3 light bricks; nice packaging and booklets. Haters need not apply, but super cool build. Price per brick is OK after factoring in 3 light bricks and likely hefty licensing fee.

Ignore all the haters on YouTube. This set looks so much better in person and was a blast to put together. Admittedly, I don’t care about putting the smaller Iron Man set inside, but they look great displayed side by side! Definitely made the right choice to buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall dominance this LEGO Model has compared to previously large sets released by LEGO is unprecedented in Towering Height, Piece count, and Detail. Although the price-to-part ratio is much lower than typical sets of this caliber, there are not many areas that feel lacking in structural integrity or detail. Not to mention, there are a fine number of action features that make this not just a fantastic displace centerpiece, but interactive as well. The included printed dome for the head is nice but the only area that feels short, a brick built too could have allotted for more detail depth-wise and I would have loved for glow-in-the-dark elements for the eyes/visor, not to mention a brick-built head would have added a nice amount to that final piece count. Otherwise fantastic set, exceeded expectations.
