Challenging!

My ten year old son and I have worked on many different types of car model kits and this was a really fun one..it's very detailed and colorful and just looks really cool after you have completed it and display it on a shelf. If you like a challenge this one is for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loved this set! He had a lot of fun putting it together, which was fairly easy to do for a nine year old, and loves playing with it still and using the figures that came with the set. It is great that it comes with 2!

Great Build and Show Piece

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and I built the McLaren Solus GT & McLaren F1 LM Lego Set. It was a decently difficult build and we enjoyed the challenge. After we completed the lego set my son used the McLaren set as a show piece on his dresser and brag to his friends that he built them.

I only recently started purchasing the speed champions and I am loving them. My only issue is the number of stickers. I am not a fan of lots of stickers on my Lego. But the cars are cool and so are the minifigs.

I really liked the McLaren f1 I just changed the wheels and it looked a lot better, the other one I was really not pleased how it looks and the side panels fell of almost every time I picked it up.
