Great add to the Modular buildings

I originally bought 2 of this set to build a MOC. But I ended up building the Cozy House version and it goes great with my modulars. I need to go buy one more to do the MOC. Very cute set. Love the colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kiddo has so much fun with this house. Build time was about 3 hours with NO help which is a big success. Instructions are well written and as always, quality as expected from Lego. We are building ‘real life’ Lego city, village and space center which means we are trying to combine all Lego sets together in our playroom. It is actually really fun and ensures that our kiddo stays busy playing with sets that we put together. This one is nice and cheerful and will be a good gift for any kiddo. Recommended!

Of all the sets I've bought since I restarted building Legos, this has been my favorite so far. It has a lot of detail and it made me smile throughout the building process :-)

She immediately got to work on it and enjoyed it so much that she did nothing for a couple of days but work on her building her set. It is beautifully designed with neat details found throughout. It is on age level and a lot of fun to do!

Overall nice set. Lots of variety and detail. Only negative is colors are tough to figure out from directions. Lots of playability.

I had a fun time with this build. Normally I don't take apart the 3 in 1's but I've already built the cozy house and the lake house and am wanting to finish and do all 3. The build is fun and varied enough between each design that it hasn't felt repetitive or a chore to build.
