Have everything absolutely necessary. Lack a few nice to have features. Here are somethings you might need to consider before purchase:
(1) The stand can only tilt a few degrees (5?). no hight, swing, rotation, etc.
(2) No light sensor, need manually adjust between day and night (or I did not find it?)
(3) A little bit slow to resume so when used as the second monitor, window size/position are always changed when waking up from sleep mode. (I am still trying to figure out whether it is because I used it as default monitor, although I connected it to an aged Thinkpad X1C notebook).

Superb 4K monitor, but the manual settings are a bit intimidating to master. When this monitor is used with an ASUS Chromebox 4, the Chrome brightness control doesn't seem to work. That may be because the monitor's manual settings are so sophisticated.

Excellent color reproduction. Like DP along with HDMI. Reaching behind the monitor to get to the control button is a little tedious but its function is clean with is well designed.
Asus has been my go to vendor for routers, etc. for years. AiMesh has been especially effective in the house.

I purchased 2 of these monitors for my new system. During system boot, the screen would remain black until windows login appeared. After a one week troubleshooting experience, I discovered there was an NVIDIA RTX 4090 video card driver issue with the monitor. I expected this would be something worked out before it was placed on the market for sale. Returned both monitors for a refund.

This is a fantastic monitor for business and media consumption. Just due to the refresh rate, I would look at another model for gaming. But, the contrast is good, colors appear bright and the screen real estate for using multiple windows can't be beat. One improvement I would like to have seen is more than one HDMI input. DisplayPort is great. Just make sure you have the right adapter to go from HDMI to DisplayPort as they are unidirectional.
