Well, I really like this printer. Black n white...all I need. Its fast and I can print from my phone, tablet & laptop. For the dont likes. Four different web sites or apps to deal with. Downloads are a mess, wifi only connects if you use WPS and other than a couple features on the web sites its useless. One web site shows my printer the others dont. I would think with the tech world we live in this would be much easier. But, it is what it is. The printer gets the five stars because I like it. I used one a couple models above this one and it worked and lasted a long time. This is perfect for my situation but Im disappointed with some features not being available. I hope HP gets it together.
