LOVE it!!! I liked charcoal grills bought a pain to light and keep going. This BBQ is so easy and I can choose charcoal or gas. The charcoal is just as easy to use as the gas. Very efficient and simple with all of the features I wanted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was a compromise grill between my wife and myself. My wife was all about the quickness of a gas grill, while I have always been about the flavor and charcoal and smoking chips....this grill has both!!!! The gas portion ignites the charcoal within seconds, making the charcoal hot enough to grill within minutes!!!!! Have done everything from burgers to 2 inch thick pork steaks to vegetables with no problems at all....
I highly recommend this grill....
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing manual

We don't have manual in the box. The assembly is complicated and it is impossible to assembly without manual. Very disappointed.

I was waiting for a replacement to the Big-Easy combo for 10+ years. Called Char-Broil several times. Kept the old one going somehow. Finally they listened!
