Parts seem shotty

Juat put together my 2151 Blackstone. Had poorly machined screws (threads were messed up) and cheap knobs where the holes are machined bad and they don't go on all the way. Fall off if you brush up against it.

Love it so far

Only used about a dozen times, mostly for cooking breakfast. So far it’s been great. I seasoned it about 8 times before using just to make sure it was non-stick. It took over two hours but it turned out great.

Game-Changer for Outdoor Cooking!

I recently got the 36-inch Blackstone griddle, and it has completely transformed the way I cook outdoors. The massive cooking surface is perfect for making anything from breakfast feasts to hibachi-style dinners for a crowd. The heat distribution is excellent, and with four independent burners, I can control different temperature zones with ease.
Seasoning the griddle was straightforward, and once properly seasoned, the non-stick surface makes cooking and cleanup a breeze. The grease management system is also well-designed, keeping everything tidy.
Whether I’m making pancakes, smash burgers, fajitas, or even just a quick grilled cheese, the Blackstone delivers every time. If you love outdoor cooking, this is a must-have. Highly recommend!
