I have always wanted a blackstone because in the summer time all we do is grill out. I got this for Christmas and let me say I couldn't be happier. All summer we have cooked everything from burgers to hibachi. My kids love to cook breakfast and boy have we. Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls.
