After doing hours of research I chose the Blackstone 2151 and couldn't be happier.
Outstanding quality, easy to put together and even heat distribution. So far it's a home run.

Easy to assemble!

I assembled it this afternoon and it was super easy. The instructions were clear and incredibly easy to follow. I did need additional hands just two times( taking it out of the box, and putting on the griddle top). We haven’t used it yet, but we know we’re going to love it!

We have 2 blackstone. One at the camp first and we fell in love with cooking outside. Less mess in the house and super easy to clean! So we bought one for the house.

I've had the Adventure Ready 22 w/stand for about 3 years. It's made many of great meals. Needed a larger cooking surface so I upgraded to to 36. Cannot wait to season it and get to cooking.
