We've made smash burgers on it twice in one week, so good. Best way to cook bacon, huge breakfast, cheesesteaks & fajitas. Trying alice springs chicken next, you can't go wrong with a blackstone..just do it. You won't be disappointed you did, you'll wonder why I waited so long.

I’m not sure how to adjust the flame. When it is on high it has a very small flame. I tried to sear a steak last night and had it on high for 30 minutes and it was still not hot enough.
