Broken Top

While assembling our griddle for the first time, we noticed that the top was broken. The seam has popped where it is welded together on the top edge. These things happen…. But hopefully we can get a replacement top from Blackstone and update our review to 5 stars!

First impression I’m not thrilled of the paper glued to the grill and the residue it leaves. Assembly was easy though.

Shelves don't fold down

The side shelves which look like they should fold down don't. The step bolt heads are too big for the opening. This makes it impossible to reach the handle to move.
