Love, small problem

Ok I love this griddle. Pretty easy Assembly. Two people make it easier. My only complaint is with the paper towel holder. The screw will not tighten all the way so there is Unnecessary play in the shaft. I have tried to clean the threads several times but to no luck. Definitely not a deal breaker just inconvenient.

Love the design and it's really well built. Only issue I had was trying to put the supporting shelf on it. You have to be extremely accurate when putting in the thumbscrew to make it work.
