Broken orifice holder

First off, it is advertised as a propane or natural gas grill. Nowhere does it mention a gas conversion kit is required. I then order the kit and I removed the existing orifices and was installing the first new one and the orifice holder cracked! That is pretty shoddy workmanship

Wow! What a fantastic addition to my home! I recieved it as a gift along with a few accessories and wow! This griddle can really do it's job very well! The accessories are very thiught out and Great to use along side. Each time I visit a a store that carries Blackstone, I look for accessories and chat with the sales people. All around a fantastic griddle! Nothing but the best!
