Wish I could get to the next step without this part. Live the grill...hate the mandatory review

Love, small problem

Ok I love this griddle. Pretty easy Assembly. Two people make it easier. My only complaint is with the paper towel holder. The screw will not tighten all the way so there is Unnecessary play in the shaft. I have tried to clean the threads several times but to no luck. Definitely not a deal breaker just inconvenient.

Very easy to put together and season the grill top. Other than that watch some videos on what and how to cook on it.
