You can cook just about anything on this, I like to cook in my garage in the summer and the blackstone doesn't fill my garage with smoke like my BBQ

So far so good. Easy to assemble. Good instructions. Just got it seasoned. Haven’t cooked on it yet. Excited to try it.

Very excited to finally replace our very old grill with this griddle. Excited to have great tasting food and start hosting again.

New to blackstone

The hood tends to bind when you try to open it, other than that it’s great. It is really hard to find the conditioner. It takes a bit to get used to cooking with it, but once you do, it is fantastic!

Great with one issue

We are happy with our new Blackstone except for one issue. The one welded leg of the grill base is shorter than the other three so the top wobbles. We plan on adding washers to hopefully stop the wobble.

Happy birthday to me!

My husband bought the 36" Blackstone for me, for my birthday. I am so excited about getting to cook on this bad boy.
I can say that assembly is easy. I put everything together myself with ease. I am waiting for him to get home from work to put the griddle on, of course.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars....I haven't used it yet. I am confident though
