Difficult to start

The grill is difficult to get started. We have followed all the manual suggestions and have only been able to get it seasoned with much difficulty. I have not been able to cook on it yet. I was so excited to get this grill and so far I am very disappointed.

So far all the info I have seen and read has been spot on. I do wish the lid was not a lift off and hang. Hopefully you make a hinge kit to fix the one thing I don’t like.

Unable to assemble blackstone two gas knobs are totally misaligned and it only came with 4 of the 8 M6 step bolts
