Easy to install, can do it all and has plenty of room. I recommend getting the air guard also but overall great. Buddies of mine have it also and no complaints

Good product could be better

Overall love the blackstone. However I am a little disappointed with the head distribution on the griddle top. The center gets very hot and the edges do not stay even head making cooking difficult if you have a large amount of food .

First Time Griddle Purchase

So far so good. It was easy to assemble. We applied the Blackstone conditioner/seasoning to the cooking surface 4 times as recommended by the on-line videos and manual. Have not cooked on it yet so cannot comment. We are sure it will be just fine.
