Parts seem shotty

Juat put together my 2151 Blackstone. Had poorly machined screws (threads were messed up) and cheap knobs where the holes are machined bad and they don't go on all the way. Fall off if you brush up against it.

Grilling can be fun

My new Blackstone is so versatile they’re almost isn’t anything I can’t grill on it. We have prepared massive breakfast of eggs, bacon hashbrowns all at one time. We have also cooked Philly cheesesteak sandwiches to perfection and being able to serve multiple servings at once and they are piping hot.
