First cook on the griddle!

After seasoning the griddle the day before, I was exciting to start cooking on my first ever blackstone. The following day I cooked chicken fried rice, everything was evenly cooked and the surface was easy to clean afterwords. The hardware included for assembly wasn't the best quality unfortunately, I did strip one screw needed for the mounting of the rightside shelf. Highly recommend this product, and I am excited to continue this blackstone journey.
