Assembly issues

I got everything assembled and want to put the handle on the hood. The handle and the screws are very flimsy and pulled out immediately

I own two blackstones, a 22in and just got a 36in. I love them both! The last 2 summers I cooked on my 22in at least 3 times a week. Worth every penny

A little disappointed

We purchased our Blackstone last night and upon putting it together noticed a small dent in the hood. We drove an hour to get it and it was almost assembled completely. We took the hood out as this was the last part we assembled and noticed it! Bummed!
