Just assembled the 36 in Blackstone and can’t wait to get it seasoned and begin cooking. Assembly was easy and only took about 30 minutes as indicated. Helps to have another person for lifting. Instructions are straight forward and well written with great diagrams. Really looking forward to using this Blackstone.

My new griddle looks great but in the conversion process to natural gas one of the valves snapped. Hoping to have a replacement soon to start cooking!
