Defective knob. How do I get a replacement?

Kids gave to me as a Christmas gift. One of the knobs is mis-formed and will not attach to the valve. How can I get warranty service?

Hoods not worth it

I bought this about 6 months ago and the hood is rusted out so bad. I even had the griddle cover over it. Not worth buying the one with the hood

Never Knew!

My 36" Blackstone was a gift that I now regard as one the best I have ever received. In a short time I have learned how to make some very impressive dishes on it from Smash burgers to steak to hash brown omlets. I honestly don't know if I'll ever use my gas grill again after tasting our usual favorites on the griddle. The clean-up is very easy too. I invested in a good cover to make my griddle last for years. Thank you for such a great product!

Dented product

Got a 36” Blackstone for Father’s Day. Got it home and started the assembly… noticed that the stabilizing shelf was warped. Figured it may straighten out once it’s installed. It did not. Continued the assembly, got all the way to the end and, pulled the plastic off of the hood and it’s scratched and dented…. Also, one of the side shelves it dented as well. The box looked fine. No dents! So this tells be it was dented when or before it was packaged. Nothing is more frustrating. If you buy this product from a big box store, open it up before you bring it home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great top griddle. lots of room.

Took 2 hrs. plus, to put together. Side shelves are useless. Both get extremely hot. Cooked sunny side up eggs on it.

Make sure to shop around for the lowest price. They do not price match. Found this at retailers for much less. Also, pieces were shipped separately rather than all in one box.

Shipping the product in two boxes makes it so we don't have to raise our overall cost. If they were in one box, it would have to be shipped on a pallet.
