We have had this for over 2.5 years and still working like the day my husband bought it. Absolutely love it. We will never go back to a standard grill again!!! It’s so versatile, you can literally cook anything you want!!!

Decent griddle

I bought this unit around May. Easy setup and easy seasoning process. However going into August and there are issues to watch for. The gas lines do not always start or allow gas in them to light. Sometimes it takes having to turn the Gass off and on a few times to get it primed. Then the paint is peeling and bubbling exposing the metal to rust. The final issue is the grease trap is hard to remove without spilling the grease. Not the quality I would expect from a Blackstone product.
Overall, it works well and does the job. I would post pics of allowed.

Hoods not worth it

I bought this about 6 months ago and the hood is rusted out so bad. I even had the griddle cover over it. Not worth buying the one with the hood

Grill is incredible- first strip steak awesome. Used Blackstone’s Cajun seasoning. Only one issue- cover of grill was dented during shipping. They are sending me a new one and process was easy. Overall very satisfied

My 36" Blackstone was a gift that I now regard as one the best I have ever received. In a short time I have learned how to make some very impressive dishes on it from Smash burgers to steak to hash brown omlets. I honestly don't know if I'll ever use my gas grill again after tasting our usual favorites on the griddle. The clean-up is very easy too. I invested in a good cover to make my griddle last for years. Thank you for such a great product!
