Make sure to shop around for the lowest price. They do not price match. Found this at retailers for much less. Also, pieces were shipped separately rather than all in one box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We appreciate your feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We do not price match with our retailers because we never want to undercut them. Shipping the product in two boxes makes it so we don't have to raise our overall cost. If they were in one box, it would have to be shipped on a pallet. Shipping in two boxes also makes the item lighter and easier for shipping companies to handle. We hope this helps, and please feel free to contact us with any further questions!

Defective knob. How do I get a replacement?

Kids gave to me as a Christmas gift. One of the knobs is mis-formed and will not attach to the valve. How can I get warranty service?

Great griddle, but already have rust on the body

I bought this a little over a month ago, I've kept it covered all except one night when it was raining while i was cooking and I forgot to cover it. The other day I noticed rust on the lid and body of the grill where it attaches to the stand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dented product

Got a 36” Blackstone for Father’s Day. Got it home and started the assembly… noticed that the stabilizing shelf was warped. Figured it may straighten out once it’s installed. It did not. Continued the assembly, got all the way to the end and, pulled the plastic off of the hood and it’s scratched and dented…. Also, one of the side shelves it dented as well. The box looked fine. No dents! So this tells be it was dented when or before it was packaged. Nothing is more frustrating. If you buy this product from a big box store, open it up before you bring it home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible hood

I have had this griddle under 2 years now and have had to scrape rust and paint off the hood twice! It should of been powder coated or a better prep and paint job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Plenty of space

We started with a 17” for our camper. When I found myself cooking at home with it we decided to go big. 36” provides enough space to do an entire meal at the same time. The 4 burners allow for different heat zones. Having fun and eating large!
