New to griddle cooking

Always had traditional gas style bbq but I anted something a bit extra, flat top griddle cooking is a game changer, good for the garden in the summer and bring it indoors when it rains, no fuss no mess with grease dripping between bars.

Amazing product, which I would have purchased one long ago. However, I did notice the hood was dented once I opened it up.
