After doing hours of research I chose the Blackstone 2151 and couldn't be happier.

Done 2 meals on my blacksone already and turned out amazing! Get it seasoned right to start with and then it becomes non stick and if ur one who likes to cook with cast iron this is awesome, it's all outside and does not make a mess on kitchen stove, also having a scraper handy makes it easy to just slide all the grease and crumbs to the back drain and into aluminum pan! It's been fun and I love the looks of it. Looking to get a portable blackstone for our camping trips would make things easier !
