Just put it together and have not had a chance to try it out. Seems to be a popular item. Easy to put together. Five star for assembly.

Easy to assemble!

I assembled it this afternoon and it was super easy. The instructions were clear and incredibly easy to follow. I did need additional hands just two times( taking it out of the box, and putting on the griddle top). We haven’t used it yet, but we know we’re going to love it!

After doing hours of research I chose the Blackstone 2151 and couldn't be happier.
Outstanding quality, easy to put together and even heat distribution. So far it's a home run.

We love every little thing about our Blackstone grill . It has a sleek style. It was super easy to set up. A breeze to clean. Our food tastes delicious. This product is a complete 100/100.
