I’ve been using the Blackstone 36-inch griddle with the hood for a while now, and honestly, it’s an absolute beast in all the right ways. The cooking space is massive — you can smash out breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a whole crowd without breaking a sweat. Heat-up time is quick, the burners are powerful, and everything cooks evenly across the whole surface.
The built-in hood is a game changer. It keeps the heat in, helps melt cheese perfectly, and makes steaming or warming food way easier. Cleanup is surprisingly simple too — scrape, wipe, season, done. The overall build feels sturdy and well-made, like something that’s going to last years.
If you’re into outdoor cooking or just want something that can handle anything from pancakes to steaks to stir fry, this griddle is honestly spot-on. Totally worth it.
