I have long been a fan of grills. I’ve been grilling out, not only personally from a young age, but also as a professional chef sous chef and cook throughout a career in the Restaurant industry. As grills gave way to flat tops in restaurants, this is the first time I’ve ever owned a flat top or griddle at home. And I must say if you take care of it? This thing is amazing. It cooks everything perfectly. Taste delicious is easy to use And really is an all-around great product. I highly recommend it.

We love our blackstone! It cooks amazing, we use it multiple times a week and never have issues.
Be sure to season it properly for maximum flavor and nonstick
The only “complaint” we have is the knobs were difficult to install.
