Upgraded from a 217 pellet grill and a char broil flat top. I have to say, the quality is by far greater on the blackstone. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money on the other 2 and instead bought this one right off the bat. You love and learn I suppose. Pic is from us picking it up at the store today

Assembling now. Not too bad with instructions. Only thing so far two of the control knobs are missing the center black plastic grip that holds to the control stem.

Overall time took a little bit longer brackets were not fully straight and a little off some of the small parts already had a little bit of surface rust but overall satisfied and ready to start cooking on it
