Easy, clean, and beautiful!

This is my first griddle and it’s amazing! The directions were clear and easy to put together and they had a helpful video online to watch too. For seasoning we used Blackstone’s seasoning and conditioner and it worked beautifully. They have helpful videos online to cover everything from putting it together, seasoning it, taking care of it, and lots of recipes! I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a nice griddle that will last you.

Very nice, came with missing parts

Very nice, easy to put together.
Griddle has sharp edges, had to dress around the rim.
Annoyed that knobs had missing inserts. The struggle is that there is no matching replacement knobs. Not a huge deal, but someone missed the quality assurance check
