Save your money

Looks nice from a distance , the flame is nowhere close to the size shown in the photo it is Barely higher the a stick lighter around the coil. As for using It for a foot rest this thing is as light as a milk crate the whole thing tips over . Save your money I do t even bother turning it on anymore it’s just an annoying rock pit I wish I didn’t have gas hooked up to

Hard to light

I bought this a few months ago and not here to use it much. When I do it’s very hard to start . The igniter rarely works and I have to use a BIC lighter to get it going.

Solid product

We got ours end of last year when we redid our patio. Ths is the first year (2024) we've used it.
Good flame, good heat even with the natural gas conversion.
Heavy/durable enough to rest feet on.

The issue we're having is the flame just cuts out/dies randomly.
Not sure if it's the flame sensor/thermocouple?
