You guys sold me an open box missing cover plus broken knob wish I never bought this from you guys!!

Had to pay another $200 for a natural gas converter.
No cover.
Delivered open box.
Regret buying it.

Warm but Expensive

Easy setup. Gives off a nice warm flame. Wish there was some sort of tabletop cover to use when not in use. No battery is included for the electronic start nor does the manual even state that you need a AAA battery for it. The igniter had to be positioned in the burner properly as it wouldn't ignite initially. I would have expected a little more for the hefty price tag.
I would recommend this to a friend!
