Love this bbq!! The grates are pretty much nonstick when kept clean and a bit of oil on them, compartments clean up easily, the heat distribution is great. The only thing I didn’t like was the set up. Instructions were absolutely horrible, packages contained all screws and bits and pieces, not separated or coded.

The unit itself is fine; however, Napoleon accessories need scrutiny. I purchased the Napoleon basket for the rotisserie and it jams against the grill. Not practical when wanting to grill and use at the same time.
The assembly instructions are difficult to follow at times. Whatever happened to a full written instruction. Icons don’t always work.
The barbecue is quick to heat and appears to be well made.

Good quality barbeque, excellent warranty. The grill is great, no crazy flare-ups nice even heat. I have not had a side-burner before but needed one at my cabin. I am finding it difficult to control the heat, unable to simmer anything.
