Best Bang For The Buck over popular brands

Had this for over a year now. Was going to get the Weber kettle but found this and glad I did! Build quality is top notch and control of the heat is very accurate. Can snuff the fire quickly thanks to solid fitting ash cup and lid vent. Shelf is solid and holds a lot. Love the hinged lid! Way better than what Weber offers. The adjustable grate is a welcome feature, along with it also being double hinged. Easy to add charcoal and wood along the way.
Best charcoal grill I've owned. Will never consider another Weber after purchasing numerous Napoleon grills! Canada built!

Amazing BBQ!!

We bought this little gem! We have a Napoleon Gas BBQ but wanted to try the charcoal one and LOVE IT!!! Food tastes delicious...meats/chicken/fish never dry...always tasty. We had one issue with a grill that cracked the first week and after phoning Napoloen, they sent a replacement without any issues!

I absolutely love the cast iron grates, they give you the perfect sear, they retain the heat so well. The side table is also a plus, as I can prep very easily and keep an eye on my coals. Also love how easy it is to dispose of the ashes. Highly recommend this grill to amateur and pros alike.

Nice upgrade!

I’ve only had this barbeque for two weeks but It’s a nice upgrade from my previous charcoal grill, well-built and has a lot more cooking options and functionality then it’s direct competitors. Good value for the money however if you aesthetic imperfections Prevented me from reading it five stars.

Put together this father’s day gift yesterday and cooked some meats for the girls to celebrate the day. Out of the box- easy; simple install and well put together frame. Threw in the coal, lit it and once gone proceeded to cook. Taking advantage of the three stage height I cooked chicken, chorizo and steak tips in that order and found myself enjoying grilling on a well deserved and greatly overdue grill update. Meats are just right, juicy and tender and where enjoyed by everyone. Now enjoying some scotch to finish a wonderful independence day. Thanks Napoleon!!

Throw Away Money on a Piece of Garbage. Finally had the time to begin putting tge bbq together. 1st problem I found was tge screws that were sent were 1/4 20 1 1/4” long not the 5/8” long screw from the instructions. But despite that they were longer screws that wasn’t the only problem we found that the gauge of the sheet metal was so thin that the square portion of the screw head left so much room between the leg and top and tge threads that it was impossible to snug or even come close to tightening anything and we couldn’t even compensate by adding washers because opening on washers is round not square! I cannot better that they use such thin and flimsy metal! The thickness was comparable to that of a paper back book cover!

Poor engineering, quality and service!

I'll keep this short - stay away from this grill. I purchased this grill thinking it would be a cool upgrade to the trusty Weber cart versions that I have had such a good experience with. Damaged parts, missing parts and after 3 shipments of replacement parts I'm still not cooking. Napoleon's solution to joining many of the parts is pointed sheet metal screws - I'm not an engineer, but whoever designed this thing must not be either! It's nice when pointed screws stick out at various locations around the grill frame. Very poor quality and very disappointing. I'll use it for a couple of years - my estimated useful life for this thing - and go back to Weber.
