Very happy so far with my Napoleon grill. Produces excellent heat quickly, and I like the solid and durable build. Two small criticisms: 1. The cast iron grate on the side infrared burner is rusting. 2. The lid on the infrared burner has a plastic/silicone insert for the handle which sits directly on the grate when closed...so you can't close it until it is totally cooled.

Thank you so much for your feedback! Please ensure you are seasoning your cast iron cooking grids with vegetable shortening or lard for best results. The infrared side burner is designed to be cooled down before closing the lid for safety reasons. Love it. No issues since purchasing two years ago. Charcoal insert is perfect for charcoal flavor. If you clean the ash mess no problem. Rotisserie accessory works like a charm
Great price, easy assembly, heats up quick, cooks evenly.

This is without a doubt the best grill I have ever owned. Going into my 2nd year with it now. And Yes, I use it all winter. However....it has the absolute WORST ignition system I have ever seen on a grill. If I can get a burner to light in less than 10 tries, I feel like I've won the lottery. Gave up trying. Bought a hand-held lighter.
Really like the grill, I wish the assembly instructions wee clearer. The only other thing I don’t like are the wheels, they are small and hard to lock and unlock the caster. The grill came with a bent panel and napoleon customer service sent a new one right away, great customer service.
