Bumper to bumper 15 year warranty is impressive. The temperature gauge was defective but the service department was friendly,helpful and are sending a replacement.

I've always owned Napoleon BBQs and this is the most expensive one but also the one I like the least. I used to bake my potatoes on the warming rack and I was still able to access the whole grill surface to cook my meat, On this one the warming rack is so low to the grill that I have to remove it to access the whole grill properly. It also looks like I will have to remove the warming rack and perhaps even the grills to have room to use the rotisserie for a decent size roast. If I had the option, I would return this unit. I will never buy another Nepoleon again.

It is sleek, very easy to use, heats up great, a very convenient infrared grill for searing meat or frying/boiling a side dish, as well as an infrared rack for toasting garlic bread. Also easy to clean!

It was definitely the best decision! High quality, great design and every feature I dreamed of!
