Price Match Lies

Found the exact same model somewhere else, best buy adds a digit to model number so you can't price match. Price match "guarantee" is a blatant marketing lie.

Lowest Price "Guarantee" Loop Hole

Best buy claims they will beat any price you find for the same product. The loop hole is that they include a cheap accessory (in this case a BBQ cover) to the order so they they can manipulate the model number. Best buy then uses this model number to claim that the item is different even though the BBQ itself is to every single specification set by the manufacturer.
Napoleon model# RSE525RSIBPSS-1. And the model number that EVERY SINGLE OTHER RETAILER USES!!!
Best buy model number is: RSE525RSIBPSS-1-B. Notice how they added the "B". By doing this best buy now claims the product is different and they can't price match the lower price.
Exact same bbq down to the bolt size. And this is what best buy markets to consumers as lowest price GUARANTEE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent product

Finding a new grill that means your needs is never easy bit this was a no brainer for me searing station and rottiserri burner with plenty of space for burgers steaks and anything else you can think of cooking on a grill. Had this grill a little over a week now and already used half a tank of propane.
Delivery team was top notch super friendly and lifted it onto the back deck and most importantly during the scheduled window
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good grill, Bad scratch

I'm new to Napoleon brand and very happy with this BBQ model. The only reason why 4 stars, is because there is a fat scratch on front panel. Did not bother to contact customer support for exchange as grill works as it should. Would be nice to receive some kind of compensation. Overall happy with delivery, installation and performance.

Need Assembly Wage

You have to assemble basically the entire BBQ including having to rejig a couple of assembly holes/threads to make everything fit together. We have only used it once, and the sear feature is handy except it should come with something to tie back the cover for that feature or else you will be melting it.

Great bbq it has awesome heat ,and the sear burner is awesome great for searing and cooking steaks . Got the smoker tray as well works great for smoking chicken.
