Not Hot Enough

Love the Pizza oven. The reason for the 4stars, after adjusting everything to get right flame, I still can't get to close to 700○ F recommend in the literature. I have to leave pizza in oven twice a long to get that golden brown. Still makes a great pizza just twice as much fuel to get there...

It cooked a great pizza. I got it to 650 degrees. I had to use an oven thermometer the one on the grill read very low.
