This is the perfect size Blackstone. Portable yet plenty of cooking space. And it packs a punch! I can get a great sear on the outside without overcooking

On the box I read how perfect the heat distribution was supposed to be and compared it to other griddles including thermal pictures of competitors. First time using it, i only got two black circles in the center of the griddle. If I put an egg on the outside edge, it didn't cook at all. I'm practical and understand that it's hard to get it hot on the edges so I wouldn't expect it but because it was bragged about on the box, I was a bit disappointed. Other than that, we love it.
