Works well, instructions were clear and easy to follow, everything feels very sturdy.
There are hot spots on the griddle to watch out for and low heat is still enough to cook your food. I burnt some hashbrowns thinking it was just to keep them warm. Other than that it works great.

I really love the Blackstone griddle. There are hot spots, so I am figuring out how to cook evenly. Overall it is really great and fairly easy to clean. Just clean it right away.

Great griddle large 22 inch with hood cover dual burner. The only issue I had is the igniters don’t like to ignite every time.
