Great portable griddle

Just purchased this griddle to replace our portable gas grill for RVing, which was constantly catching fire and temperature very difficult to control. Seasoned the Blackstone per the instructions without issues with vegetable oil. Then cooked a batch of sliced onions on the recommendation of a video I watched claiming the chemicals in the onions created an even better seasoned layer/bond. Seemed to work well. Then let it cool and heated it back up to cook TriTip and a batch of mushrooms for dinner. Worked great! Lots of steak seasoning stuck on after cooking, but came off easily with a squirt of water and the scraper. Plan on using this for breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns) and dinners (steak, chicken, seafood, grilled veggies). I think it will be much more useful and user friendly than our grill and I’m excited for a summer of griddling!
