Wow! Cooked amazingly well and easily except that the grill didn’t cook evenly, hotter near back than front. Definitely easy to start. Wish the drain angled back a bit more but maybe wasn’t on level enough ground either?! I also didn’t like not coming with a stand as we all know it needs one for proper ventilation and cooking height. Interesting that nothing comes to cover griddle surface because even with exterior cover I’m pretty sure it’s going to collect dust and debris when it’s a greased surface but maybe wrong!
