Great replacement for my traditional bbq

So far so good, first attempt to season was a bit rough, it burnt through an entire green bottle by 3rd season....switch to 20lb tank and restarted until I had 5 done. Cooked great!

I made a wood stand to put it on, and it took a little tweeking to get it all level., but once level , all good., this works great.. small dead areas on the griddle top on the far edges, which was expected, but the cast iron top didn’t warp on the seasoning stage which my previous (other brand) did in the first season with the high heat. Looking forward to new recipes
