Bought one for my daughter and it came damaged. The side was completely crushed in. Not a packing issue but quality control issue. They were going to send me the part, but it wouldn’t be in for about 6 months. After much discussion (emails), they sent out a new one. It also came damaged, but at least the lid would close so my daughter was ok with it. I was not happy about this because it was a birthday gift to her, I like the grille, but come on, is it too much to ask for a grille in perfect condition?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall great experience. Easy to season and get started cooking. Comes with a great starter book for recipes. Easy to scrape clean after all is said and done.

Great birthday gift

I’ve wanted a Blackstone grill for a long time and received a 22” for my birthday. Set up and seasoning of the grill was easy. I look forward to using it!
The Model I received is an Omnivore #2341 but it was not offered in the models as I registered the product so I picked the closest match.
