I only cooked on the grill 3 times so far but I love it compared to the portable Bbq and we had a name brand one. This cooks so much more efficient and I think it cooks steaks much better when we are camping.

This griddle is a great buy. Fit and finish are good and the quality feels good. So far with the seasoning and three cooks in I’m very happy. I bought it for my wife so she can grill whenever she wants and it’s not so intimidating like my big grills/smokers.

Blackstone better start paying attention to the market. I’ve noticed spinoff models and some better quality to. Customer service is almost non existent. My top was severely warped upon receiving and I just cope with it. Eggs almost run into the grease trap. Just got to learn how to cook on them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Igniters do not work

Cooks a lot of food for this size. 80 hotdogs at times. Does have hot spots so you have to learn the griddle is not equal.

Bought one for my daughter and it came damaged. The side was completely crushed in. Not a packing issue but quality control issue. They were going to send me the part, but it wouldn’t be in for about 6 months. After much discussion (emails), they sent out a new one. It also came damaged, but at least the lid would close so my daughter was ok with it. I was not happy about this because it was a birthday gift to her, I like the grille, but come on, is it too much to ask for a grille in perfect condition?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
