Better Quality control for Elite Mini 800 G9 Desktop PC

After using the HP Elite Mini 800 G9 Desktop PC for 4 days, it is being upgraded to Window 11 from W10 Pro, but it does not work anymore. Even I use the wired keyboard and mouse, it does not respond and the screen turns black. After many trials and chats with the HP technician for help, it is useless. I don’t want to waste time on it and I decide to return it. I am loyal customer of HP for more than 20 years, so I change to purchase the HP 27 inches All-in-one Desktop AMD Ryzen 7 instead. The new one is pre-installed with W11 and everything runs smooth. The speed is fast enough for daily use and the 27 inches touch screen is very useful, too. With a price which is a bit lower than the previous one, I have no complaint for it. But for the previous model, it is out of my expectation. I believe a better quality control is required, especially for the Window 11 upgrade.

I've been enjoying Elite since the 8300 SFF model and I'm also running an EliteDesk 800 G5 Mini along with the new HP Elite Mini 800 G9. Efficient, snappy and portable. I'm very pleased. HP Wolf Security is comprehensive and I may re-up once the trial is over. Thank you for another great machine!
